My name is Katalin Janosi. Kat. I am a woman who has been through challenges. I have had a few musculoskeletal health issues, faced problems with achieving a balanced diet, and dealt with not maintaining the correct posture.
Hard work and determination paid off. The biggest change came when I started to approach the problem from a different point of view. As a lifestyle change.
Maintaining a healthy living is balance, time and consistency. I would like to share my knowledge of how to be stronger.
